first hello

Now that I have done this high tec thing.......created a blog........if I leave this site, I'm not sure I can get back to it. That's how high tec I am.

"Lord I want to live my life with You." That is my new prayer since I don't see my kids every day now. My oldest just joined a very special club, very high dues and requires a lifetime of service hours. She just made me a grandmother. My son is getting through life on charm ( sales and customer service). My youngest is an unfinshed product. Aren't we all?

My prayer used to be (as I would watch my kids drive off or leave for school) "In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, watch over my kids Lord, bring them home safe."

Then it became "...bring them home safe to you Lord." Now it is, "I want to live my life with You," in your protection, relying on your guidance doing what You think is important, walking through the doors You open. I see your face in the third fall, dirty, with blood and sweat. No trouble I have is worth my complaint when I know what you are about to do for me. Save me, then and now and every day.

adoration, petition, thanksgiving and intersession........from elementary school...the 4 kinds of prayer. Am I doing it right Lord? Thank you for never walking away in impatience or disgust.
